The Six Sigma consulting that we offer is oriented at achieving results based on the following premise:
"Financial entities and service companies have the ideal conditions for easily and practically applying Six Sigma for employees, while being results-oriented for Management".
This statement implies a big change with respect to how Six Sigma is taken on at most companies, and we put it into practice in three stages.

A. Pilot project selection

The selection of suitable projects is the key to testing adaptability to and contribution by Six Sigma. It's important to identify work areas where the opportunity for reproduction is very high.

B. Creation of the improvement team

It is essential to seek the cross-training of areas through the improvement teams.

C. Pilot project execution
|
Based on the pilot project experience, we make the necessary adaptations to develop a methodological model that is applicable to a relevant work area, where numerous future projects with the same baselines can be carried out.
This will allow us prepare a good selection of future projects.
We will be able to prepare the necessary educational materials adapted to the new work model, whereby Six Sigma projects will be carried out.
It is important to create a favourable environment so that Six Sigma can be deployed successfully, wherefore the following factors have to be considered:
