Usability
In practice, usability is the search for user interfaces (corporate applications, portals, intranets, mobile phones, ATMs, etc) easy to use, with minimal learning curves and focused on the needs of the user.
We have implemented under the usability area all the services related to the social networks, area in which great opportunities exist but also an area that harbours great misunderstanding regarding its possibilities

- Heuristic
- It is a revision based on the internationally recognized principles in the area of improving the user’s experience.
- User test
- It is a service designed to identify, through user tests usability issues that are complex to identify by only the heuristic analysis.
- Focus Groups
- Through the participation of users of an interface we perform working sessions oriented to detect usability issues and to affect them by means of the search for solutions working transversally.
- Style guides
- Style guides provide and standardize all the design, presentation, and navigation elements that every interface should consider.
- Modelling
- “A screen says more than a thousand words”, we mean by this that our customers, beyond a functional design, are able to assess the screens the way they will look once developed.
- Social networks
- Under this area we look to all networks or services aimed at social interaction and exchange of information in different formats.
