Process

We always approach the projects we take part in under the point of view of the recipient of the service, be either an internal or the final customer. Objectivity and control are paramount for us when revising or designing any process. These two attributes allow us to eliminate subjective elements and get the teams to base their decisions in data.

We use the following methodologies:

6 sigma & Lean Six Sigma
This methodology is oriented to continuous improvement based on ordered stages for problem-solving.
VSM (Value Stream Mapping)
It is one of the most effective tools from the Lean Manufacturing stream. It allows us to quantify every process from its origin to its final stage as final product, namely a manufactured product, service or administrative process.
PSR (Problem-Solving Route)
This tool is focused and oriented to those processes in which the solution remains unknown but it is intended to create work groups and where with the help of 6 sigma and its DMAIC methodology it drives us to the improvement through the user’s experience in any given process.
