PSR (Problem-solving route)

This tool is focused and geared towards those processes in which the solution is unknown but is intended to create workgroups, where with the help of the 6 Sigma DMAIC methodology it leads us towards improving through the user’s experience of any given process.

The mainstay of this Lean tool is the analysis of a process previously analyzed by tools such as VSM, where the improvement is based on identifying areas of opportunity, and to separate the possible solutions through FAB pondering.
